U-MOST Application Form

U-MOST is hosting 3-day retreats at Aspen Snowmass during the 2024-2025 winter season. We promote emotional wellbeing and connection through skiing, snowboarding, and other mindfulness activities, and welcome your participation! The program is for those who are age 18 and older, intermediate and above skiers/snowboarders.

We will respond to you in 5-10 business days to confirm if we have space for your participation in the retreat.

Please note, only the U-MOST administrative team will see the information you provide.

    SECTION 1: THE BASICS

    SECTION 2: DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PARTICIPATION

    If you are a spouse or child of the applicant who also wishes to participate, please complete another application and we will match up the application based on the name provided at the end of SECTION 1 above.

    SECTION 3: WHAT’S NEXT

    We’ll be in touch once we have reviewed your application. After confirming your participation, here’s what you can expect.

    1. We’ll send you a hotel code so that you can take advantage of a reduced-price room at Limelight Snowmass. You are responsible for paying this hotel stay. If you prefer, please book another hotel or accommodations in or near Aspen, CO or Snowmass Village, CO. There are many public buses in the area.
    2. Please book your travel to arrive in the Aspen, Colorado area before 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the first date of your U-MOST retreat (for example, on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024 or on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025) so that you can join us for the opening dinner and get a chance to meet the team and other participants. Aspen (ASE) is the closest airport, however flying to Eagle (EGE) or Grand Junction (GJT) are sometimes better options as they are less affected by weather.
    3. Plan your departure for the day after the retreat ends, for example, on Monday, Dec. 17, or Monday, Jan. 13, as the closing dinner takes place on Sunday night.

    SECTION 4: U-MOST Retreat – what’s included:

    • 3 full days of skiing/snowboarding led by certified pros of Aspen Skiing Company
    • 3 full-day lift tickets
    • 3 lunches
    • Opening dinner on Thursday evening
    • Closing dinner on Sunday evening
    • Between 1 and 3 hours per day of expert-led yoga, mindfulness and healing practices.
    • Gift bag
    • On-snow groups are 4 to 5 people led by 1 ski/snowboard pro.
    • Other activities will be held with 8 to 12 participants total.

    SECTION 5: PROVIDING PAYMENT

    The cost per person to participate in a 3-day U-MOST retreat is $7,500. If you provide payment more than 10 weeks in advance, you’ll save 10% and the price will be $6,750 per person. For Dec. 2024 retreat, pay on or before Oct. 1, 2024, and for the Jan. 2025 retreat, pay on or before Nov. 1, 2024, to access 10% off the price.

    You’ll be invoiced on the date we accept your participation.

    • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit within 2 business days to hold your space in the program.
    • The other 50% is due 45 days before the start of the program. It can be refunded if you cancel more than 31 days ahead of the program start date. To cancel, send an email to amgits.reverse@gmail.com
